• Nicole's service is not used in place of any, medical, financial, legal or counselling. We highly suggest you seek professional advice from those that are legally trained in that field

• Nicole is forbidden to predict death under any circumstances a question like this cannot be asked and if asked will not be answered

• All of Nicole's sessions are done with Divine Unconditional Love, neutrality, no judgement, Just love, compassion, empathy, kindness and understanding. We are all human, as Nicole states " We are all imperfectly imperfect. Although Nicole's testimonials state she gives incredibly accurate Multidimensional Intuitive Energy Reading's, Nicole cannot legally state that her sessions are 100% accurate.

• All information provided during your session is confidential and will not be shared with anyone. Unless you (The Client who received a Multidimensional Intuitive Energy Reading Session) fills out a Light And Guidance Consent/permission form.

• Nicole is happy to read for children with the carer/parents’ consent and the parent/carer must be present during the consultation/reading

• Nicole does not remove spirit attachments. I do however offer lower dimensional portal closing/dismantling for children who are being terrorized by what Nicole refers to as "The Critters" which like to feed off young children's fear, as fear is a low vibrational frequency.

• You agree to be open during your session, any clients that are not genuine and just using Nicole for their own entertainment will not be refunded

• Nicole uses her gift with honesty, integrity, empathy, love and compassion

• Nicole will not predict Lottery Numbers. A question like this will not be answered, therefore you will be asked to forward through a different question.

• Abuse, threats, passive aggressiveness, condescending, patronizing behavior and disrespect of any kind will not be tolerated. Your session will be ended immediately without warning. A refund will not be issued under these circumstances. As a result you will be blacklisted and blocked from all social media. You will no longer be able to utilize any of Light And Guidance From Beyond services or products.
   

• Any false or misleading information resulting in defamation of Nicole Jaggers/Light And Guidance From Beyond will result in immediate Legal Action.  
   

• Providing false or misleading information will not be tolerated. Any statement that creates a false impression about goods and services can be breaking the law according to Australia Competition & Consumer Commission, you can view this at www.accc.gov.au/business/advertising-and-promotions/false-or-misleading-claims. Nicole's Healer Spiritual work is sacred. Giving false or misleading information will result in you being blacklisted from utilizing any services or products from Light And Guidance From Beyond. You will also be banned from all Light And Guidance From Beyond "social media" platforms. Booking in a session with the intention to provide false or misleading information could result in Legal Action from Light And Guidance From Beyond. Providing false information and misleading information will result in your session being ended immediately, no warning. A refund will not be issued under these circumstances.
   

• Nicole is more than happy to re-schedule last minute appointments should any emergencies arise, but this could be subjected to a wait period depending on Nicole's schedule. Any late arrivals over 30mins may be rescheduled for a later date depending Nicole's availability.
   

• Your session with Nicole, is only to provide you with understanding, clarity at the time of your session according to Nicole's interpretation of your energy in your current timeline.  The work Nicole does is incredibly sacred and honored by Nicole and her spiritual team. As you are honored and held in a sacred unconditionally loving space during your session by Nicole and her spiritual team who works with your spiritual team to create a sacred safe space using Energy, Frequency and Vibration that Nicole cultivates for you personally so that your in a sacred space that is in alignment with you. • Online Audio recorded session can be booked in more than once providing you ask a different question, if asking the same question there will need to be a 4-6month wait, as reading into the energy surrounding this can result in the same answers stated by spirit in your previous audio pre recorded session.
   

• Your spiritual team works with Nicole's spiritual team to give you what you need to hear . Nicole relays this back to you from her channeling with spirit using her various gifts. Being told what you need to hear isn’t always what one wants to hear.  Nicole will not lie to you or tell you what you want to know or  prefer to hear, as this doesn’t serve you positive purpose and goes against Nicole Jaggers/Light And Guidance From Beyond code of ethics, moral compass and integrity. Hearing what you need to hear can be hard but please know this is done with the uttermost respect and Unconditional Love. If you are not ready to hear what you need to hear, it may be best for you to wait and book a session at a later date.  
   

• I will not read for those under the influence, if under the influence your session will be cancelled based on Nicole's discretion. Your session will not be refunded.
   

• Spirit people have their own personalities, with a mediumship reading, please come with an open mind and open heart. Nicole offers no promises to connect directly with your loved one as they too have universal free will which means Nicole cannot "force", "summon" or "command" to speak to a loved one that is not coming through, loved ones can do this for various reasons, which Nicole will be able to explain if this occurs during your session.
